Commission TOS:

Payment Process: I try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible and offer different payment plans. For me to begin the commission, you must either pay in full (PIF) upfront, pay at least half upfront, or set up some kind of payment plan with me. However, for any commission 5 - 30 USD, you have the option to either PIF upfront, pay half upfront, or PIF at the end (note, that I will not send the full image, and the only way to get the full image, is when I receive the full payment). I also only accept payment through Ko-fi, Paypal, or Venmo.Refund Policy: Depending on where I am in the process of your commission, I can provide anywhere from a full, to partial refund. In the case that I have not yet started the commission, you may get a full refund. However if for example I have completed the line art, and you wish for a refund, than you will receive a partial refund, taking into account the work I have already completed.Revisions: You will receive an update at every stage of creation (thumbnail, sketch/ line-art, color, shading, etc.), at which point you will be given the opportunity to request any minor changes you wish. Minor changes may include, slight color shifting, shifting of pre-existing elements, shift in facial expression, or any change that is minor enough that it wont require me to redraw the drawing entirely. With the exception of the "Thumbnailing" phase, as this will be your only chance to completely change the entire composition and layout of the piece. Once the thumbnail has been approved and we move onto the sketch/ line-art, than further large scale changes cannot be made. Although I may not have a set limit, if I notice you request far to many minor changes, to the point where I am almost completely redrawing the image. I will give a warning of two more minor changes before I cut you off from any more minor changes for the duration of the piece.Commercial Rights: I hold all rights to the art I create, including commissions. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so. You may use your commission for any personal/ non-monetary, purpose. You may also not feed any of my art into any generative AI programs, under any circumstances.
